2 minute read.

We’ve been talking in these last two posts about How Alive Are You?

Today we want to wrap that up with several thoughts. And by the way, thank you for connecting with us on this blog. It means a lot and it gives us an open community to consider issues that make a difference in life.

For now, I want us to STOP!

To STOP wherever we are, in order to receive an inviting dare that could certainly challenge our life at any time.

On this Tuesday, the first day of the rest of one’s life who knows what might happen to change one’s perspective about their life moving forward?

Something new may transpire.

That would be awesome. That would be a gift. That may even be a huge opportunity you had yet to imagine.

Oh, I know you are thinking, “Dude, that can’t happen to me; I already have enough stuff I still need to accomplish.”

Have you ever felt like God is laughing at you at times like this?

I know I have.

The best most of us can consider, concerning God and how God acts in our lives, is to receive God’s timing. It is truly impeccable.

Malcolm Gladwell, writing in his book Tipping Point, notes that;

“Mysterious changes that mark everyday life can be thought of by thinking of them as epidemics. Ideas and products and messages and behaviors spread just like viruses do. They are clear examples of contagious behaviors.

We all have a cache of contagious behaviors. Things we long to try just in case it feeds our needs.

Jesus, in John 14:6, had some contagious behaviors.

I am the way, the truth, and the life.

How often do you and I stop to locate an offer like this?

Seriously, John wrote this into his Gospel because those 8 words are a tipping point for any of us who are pursuing the life God offers daily!

Carry this thought with you into this Tuesday.

You and I don’t become US by ourselves.
