Two minute read.

Greetings All,

My wife and I are back from travels since mid-February to Virginia Beach, VA, Tucson, AZ, and Columbia, SC.

We will begin again with a new challenge entitled:

MY IDENTITY – Who we are – Why we are – How we are – Where we are

Today, we look at –  Redeemed by Jesus Christ.

It’s another beautiful day in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Ahead for us as always we find that God has set you and me up for this single day.

Today of course is a day we have been given. The question is, how will we use this day?

If you have DOUBT (which, let’s admit, we all do), remember that we all at times understand DOUBT is critical in our identity’s development, as it breeds questions, which breeds learning, which in turn breeds growth.

Question—How often do we stop over a day, a week, or a month to consider where we are at this point in our identity?

Remember, as we live out our days, the pursuit of life begins to make a lot of SENSE regarding who we are to become. (More in the next piece so hang on for now).

Jesus wasn’t just concerned about getting us to Heaven later; Jesus focused on getting us re-connected to God NOW!

The Anglican cleric Jonathan Swift wrote this: May You Live All The Days Of Your Life.

  • How is that statement helpful?
  • Why is it compelling?
  • Where can it lead you?
  • Who will be there to encourage you?

These 4 thoughts are the foundations of our HOPE daily. Those thoughts also are deeply critical. So much so that it may take an eternity to allow this reality to sink deeper inside of us.

Let’s get serious about TRUTH and REALITY that God longs to show us and reveal who we can become.

From C.S. Lewis – “Christianity is a statement which, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The one thing it cannot be is moderately important.”

We are called upon to make a difference. To do that we have to become people who are on a journey… Preparing ourselves to be Difference Makers.

Life is an intersection between: GOOD & EVIL or LIGHT & DARKNESS.

We choose what we want. Let’s choose God!

Look for the next post this Thursday.

Pastor Mike
